These homemade Egg Rolls are the perfect appetizer or side to any Asian meal! They're filled with chicken and veggies and fried to perfection. This particular recipe makes egg rolls that are a little wider than the ones you get at a restaurant, but they are so simple and so addicting, you may be.
Bahan Membuat Chicken egg roll (fried)
- Isian.
- 300 gr ayam fillet.
- 1 telur.
- 1 1/2 sdm tepung maizena.
- 2 siung bawang putih.
- 4 siung bawang merah.
- secukupnya Garam.
- secukupnya lada bubuk.
- secukupnya Gula.
- 2 sdm minyak.
- Kulit.
- 2 telur.
- 1 sdm tepung maizena.
- 6 sdm tepung terigu.
- Secukupnya garam.
- Secukupnya air.
Langkah Memasak Chicken egg roll (fried)
- Haluskan isian (blender) : ayam fillet, tepung meizena, bawang merah, bawang putih, minyak, garam, merica, dan gula sesuai selera.. (saya memasukkan sekitar 4 sdt garam, 2 sdt merica, 2 sdt gula). Ingat, koreksi rasa ya! ^^.
- Kulit : gunakan teflon, beri minyak sekitar 2 sendok di ratakan dengan tissue, lalu masukkan adonan kulit yg sudah di aduk (telur, tepung terigu, tepung meizena, garam secukupnya, dan air secukupnya).. jangan terlalu kental ataupun terlalu kering.
- Isian yg sudah dihaluskan, masukkan ke dalam kulit yang sudah masak, lalu letakkan isian berada di tengah-tengah kulit, kemudian di bungkus dengan alumunium foil atau daun pisang.
- Kukus egg roll sekitar 15-20 menit, setelah matang di potong-potong sesuai selera.
- Egg roll dapat dimakan kukus ataupun goreng sesuai selera, Egg roll siap di sajikan.
