- 1 kg Ayam dada / paha fillet (haluskan).
- 2 buah Wortel (cincang kasar).
- 7 pcs Bawang putih (haluskan).
- 1 sdm Tepung maizena.
- 1 butir Telur (kocok lepas).
- 1 sdt Garam.
- 1/2 sdt Kaldu jamur.
- 1/2 sdt Merica bubuk.
- Kertas wrap (untuk membungkus).
- Minyak untuk menggoreng.
Langkah Memasak Chicken egg roll
- Campur daging ayam yg sudah dihaluskan + bawang putih + worel + garam + kaldu jamur + merica aduk rata.
- Tambahkan tepung maizena dan aduk kembali sampai rata ya...
- Taruh adonan daging tadi diatas kertas wrap dan gulung ya.
- Bisa dbagi menjadi beberapa gulungan bebas tergantung kebutuhan, Kalau saya jadi 5 bungkus gulungan..
- Panaskan alat kukus atau pnci ya, kalau sudah panas masukan adonan tadi dan kukus selama 40 menit.
- Setelah dikukus, ambil ayamnya dan potong menyerong.. masukan ke dalam kocokn telur tadi. Panaskn minyak untuk menggoreng dan goreng smp brubah kecoklatan ya...
- Sudah jadi dan siap dhidangkan 😊.
