- 500 gr daging ayam.
- 2 sdm maizena.
- 1 sdm kecap asin.
- 1 sdm saori.
- 1 sdm minyak wijen.
- 4 siung bawang putih(parut).
- 1 bungkus lada bubuk.
- 1 sdt garam.
- 2 butir telor.
- 1 lajur daun bawang potong halus.
- Bahan kulit:.
- 100 gr trigu.
- 2 sdm maizena.
- 3 btr telor.
- 200 ml air.
- 1 bungkus kaldu bubuk.
- 1/2 sdt garam.
- Mentega leleh(saya ganti minyak sayur ±2 sdm).
- Daun pisang u membungkus.
Langkah Memasak Egg chicken roll
- Campur bahan kulit aduk hingga rata(me mixer) tak ada yg bergerindil.
- Cetak di wajan anti lengket,.
- Campur semua bahan ayam blender/cincang, kecuali daun bawang, setelah bahan ayam lembut tambahkan daun bawang, aduk rata.
- Ambil selembar kulit, taruh adonan ratakan, gulung.
- Kukus ±20 mnt.
- Sajikan tanpa goreng/di goreng sama enaknya.
