Bahan Membuat Chicken egg roll
- 1/2 kg fillet ayam.
- 1/4 udang kupas.
- 2 bh labu siam.
- 1/4 tepung tapioka.
- 2 butir telur.
- 3 lbr daun bawang prei.
- secukupnya Garam.
- secukupnya Gula.
- 1 sdm lada bubuk.
- secukupnya Kaldu jamur.
- 1 sdm minyak wijen.

- 250 tepung terigu.
- 200 ml susu cair.
- 1 butir telur.
- sejumput Garam.
- 2 sdm minyak goreng.
- Untuk gorengan.
- 1 butir telur.
- secukupnya Minyak goreng.
Langkah Memasak Chicken egg roll
- Ayam, udang dicuci bersih lalu di blender hinga halus, labu siam di parut dengan menggunakan parutan keju, campur adonan dengan ayam dan udang, tambahkan garam, gula, kaldu jamur, lada bubuk, rajangan daun bawang prei, tepung tapioka, telur, minyak wijen aduk hingga tercampur rata.. tes rasa dgn di coba goreng sedikit saja... sisihkan.
- Adonan kulit dicampur jadi satu aduk hingga rata, ambil 1 sendok besar goreng dan ratakan dengan menggunakan teflon bulat, goreng adonan satu persatu hingga habis....
- Ambil 1 lbr kulit, tambahkan adonan ayam 2 sdm lalu gulung, lakukan hingga adona habis... sisihkan....
- Siapkan kukusan dan biarkan air mendidih, lalu masukkan chicken egg roll satu per satu dan kukus kurleb 20 menit.
- Setelah 20 menit dan chicken egg roll dingin, potong sesuai selera.... bisa bulat atau serong, masukkan potong ke telur kocok, lalu goreng.... dan siap di sajikan dengan cocolan saos sambel san saos tomat.......
