Bahan Membuat Klappertaart NCC
- 1 liter susu.
- 200 gula pasir.
- 50 gr terigu.
- 50 gr maizena.
- 50 gr tepung custard.
- 150 gr butter.
- 6 kuning telur.
- 2 kelapa muda.
- 100 gr kenari.
- 1 sdm kayu manis bubuk + 1 sdt garam.
- Topping : 6 putih telur + 4 sdm gula + 2 sdm tepung terigu.
Langkah Memasak Klappertaart NCC
- Cairkan tepung dengan 300 ml susu lalu sisihkan. Bilas kelapa muda dengan air panas.
- Rebus sisa susu dengan gula dan garam sampai mendidih.
- Masukkan larutan tepung aduk sampai meletup-letup.
- Masukkan butter.
- Masukkan kayu manis bubuk, kenari dan kuning telur.
- Masukkan kedalam loyang sampai setengah penuh lalu panggang setengah matang kira-kira 15 menit.
- Membuat topping : kocok putih telur sampai berbusa, masukkan gula kocok sampai kaku, lalu turunkan speed rendah masukkan tepung.
- Angkat loyang lalu tambahkan topping.
- Oven kembali sampai matang kira-kira 15 menit.
- Paling enak didinginkan dikulkas baru disantap ๐๐๐.
