- 1 sachet bubuk agar-agar (27gr).
- 200 gr gula pasir.
- 200 ml air.
- sesuai selera Pewarna dan pasta makanan.
- Bahan tambahan:.
- 100 gr gula halus.
Langkah Memasak Permen Agar-agar/Jelly Candy
- Masukkan air, gula pasir dan bubuk agar-agar. lalu aduk sampai semua bahan larut (pastikan tidak ada bubuk agar-agar yang menggumpal).
- Masak dengan api sedang sampai adonan mengental, sambil terus di aduk supaya gak gosong.
- Tuang ke loyang anti lengket.
- Tunggu sampai adonan kering, lalu tabur gula halus.
- Gulung adonan permen.
- Potong sesuai selera.
- Dinginkan di suhu ruang sampai mengeras.
- Masukkan ke toples! 😊.
