Bahan Membuat Korean egg roll/ Gyeran mari utk PCOS
- 4 pcs telur ayam.
- 1 pcs wortel ukuran sedang.
- 1 pcs tomat ukuran sedang.
- 2 pcs daun bawang.
- 1 pcs daun sledri.
- secukupnya Garam himalaya.
- Secukupnya gula stevia.
- 4 sdm minyak granola/ minyak kelapa/ zaitun.
Langkah Memasak Korean egg roll/ Gyeran mari utk PCOS
- Kocok semua telur, potong2 semua bahan, masukkan ke dalam kocokan telur, beri garam himalaya dan gula stevia.
- Panaskan wajan beri minyak granola/kelapa/zaitun.
- Masukkan telur td dan guling perlahan dan masukkan kembali telur sampai adonan telur habis.
