  3. Panaskan minyak, lalu goreng ayam hingga matang. Kalau kondisinya ayam hbs dr freezer, ditunggu 1-2 jam dulu di suhu ruang smp esnya mencair, baru digoreng.
  4. Kalau sudah matang, bisa diiris2 & sajikan. Ayam yg matang kalau seluruh dagingnya sudah putih. Kalau masih pink berarti belum matang,, jd lebih baik digoreng lagi. Katsu bisa disajikan dg cocolan saus sambal, atau sambal matah, saus keju, barbeque, mushroom, dll bebas. Hehe..
