- 1 piring nasi putih.
- 1 butir telur.
- 2 siung bawang putih geprek cincang.
- 1 sdm margarin.
- 1 sdm kecap asin.
- 1 sdm saos tomat.
- secukupnya Garam gula penyedap.
- Secukupnya jagung pipil.
- Secukupnya daun bawang potong-potong.
- Secukupnya wortel yg telah di rebus potong kecil2.
- Secukupnya sosis dan bakso, iris2.
- Untuk selimut nasi goreng :.
- 1 telur ayam + 1 sdm mayonaise.
Langkah Memasak Omurice
- Geprek dan cincang bawang putih.tumis dengan margarin smp harum. Masukkan jagung pipil, sosis, bakso dan wortel yg sdh di rebus.
- Masukkan nasi putih, aduk smp rata, tambah gula garam kecap asin dan saos tomat.koreksi rasa. Lalu tambahkan daun bawang dan masak smp matang.
- Kocok telur dan mayonaise dadar tipis di teplon. Susun nasi goreng di atas telur dadar lalu lipat.beri saos.selamat mencoba.
