  15. 1 block demi glace sauce merk S&B.
  16. Daging sapi (kalau bisa yang ada lemaknya).
  17. secukupnya Gula.

Langkah Memasak Omurice

  1. Tumis bawang bombay dan jamur sampai harum, masukan ayam sampai matang..
  2. Masukan nasi, beri saus tomat gulgarmer secukupnya. Tata di piring..
  3. Omelette: campur telur, mayo, susu/air. Kocok. Masak dgn 1 sdm minyak. Masaknya diaduk2 telurnya supaya fluffy. Masak sampai setengah matang/sesuai selera. Saos tomat, mayonnaise, tomat, keju slice bisa ditambahkan di atas telur..
  4. Demi glace sauce: 1 block DGS dan air secukupnya (dikira2 aja jgn sampai kecairan) masukan daging dan tambah gula bila suka..
