Bahan Membuat TOM YAM GOONG
- 1 L kaldu udang.
- 3 batang serai,memarkan.
- 3 cm jahe,memarkan.
- 5 lembar daun jeruk purut.
- 2 buah jeruk nipis,ambil airnya (bisa ditambah/dikurangi).
- 3 batang daun ketumbar,iris halus(aku pakai seledri).
- secukupnya cabe rawit (pedes lbh enak).
- secukupnya gula,garam,merica bubuk.
- 300 gr udang,ambil kepalanya,sisihkan.
- secukupnya jamur kancing.
- secukupnya mie telor,rebus dan tiriskan.
- bumbu halus:.
- 5 siung bawang putih.
- 5 buah cabe merah besar.
Langkah Memasak TOM YAM GOONG
- Cara Membuat : a.Cuci kepala udang, rebus dalam 1,5 liter sampai mendidih, saring dan ambil 1 liter air kaldu udang, sisihkan. b.Panaskan minyak, tumis bumbu halus hingga harum, masukkan serai, daun jeruk dan jahe. Aduk rata. c.Masukkan udang, masak sebentar hingga berubah warna.Tuang air kaldu udang, masukkan jamur,bumbui dengan garam, merica bubuk dan gula. Masukkan cabe rawit.Masak hingga mendidih dan bahan-bahan isian matang. Test rasa. d.Sesaat sebelum diangkat, masukkan air jeruk nipis dan daun ketumbar. Angkat dan sajikan hangat..
