Langkah Memasak Tom Yam Goong

  1. Siapkan bahan2nya.
  2. Bersihkan udang kemudian rebus kepala + kulit udang.
  3. Kaldu yang didapatkan disaring.
  4. Potong2 jamur.

  6. Masukkan serai, lengkuas dan daun jeruk. Tambahkan kecap ikan, garam, gula da merica.
  7. Masukkan bakso ikan, jamur dan udang. Terakhir masukkan air perasan jeruk lemon dan daun ketumbar..
