How it's really made in Thailand. This is my mom's recipe and method of making tom yum goong and it is the best! It is simple and fast to make.
Bahan Membuat Tom yum goong ต้มยำ simple
- 250 g Kerang.
- 250 g Udang.
- Bumbu halus:.
- 3 siung bawang merah.
- 3 siung bawang putih.
- 3 buah Cabe merah besar.
- secukupnya kemiri.
- 1 sachet pasta tom yum (bila ada).
- 2 batang serai.
- 1 ruas Jahe.
- 1 ruas lengkuas.
- 1 buah jeruk nipis.
- 5 lembar daun jeruk.
- 1 buah Sawi.
Langkah Memasak Tom yum goong ต้มยำ simple
- Haluskan semua bumbu halus bisa di blender Cuci bersih sawi, udang, kerang.
- Siapkan panci panaskan minyak sampai panas,lalu masukan bumbu halus dan bumbu pasta tom yum tambahkan lengkuas, jahe, serai, daun jeruk ke dalam bumbu aduk sampai mendidih.
- Sudah mendidih masukan udang & kerang aduk sampai bumbu tercampur, lalu masukin sawi dan air sekitar 4 gelas, tunggu sampe mendidih masukan garam + gula + kaldu dan koreksi rasa setelah mendidih masukan perasan air jeruk lemon bila suka sangat asam tambahkan perasan jeruk lebih banyak Dan tom yum siap di hidangkan panas panas lbh enak.
