Bahan Membuat Tom yum goong (Tom yum udang)
- 250 gr udang peci.
- 1 buah tahu sutra.
- 1 bks jamur enoki.
- sesuai selera sayur hijau.
- bumbu yang dihaluskan:.
- 2 batang serai besar.
- 3 lembar daun jeruk.
- 2 siung bawang putih.
- 5 buah cabe merah.
- 3 buah cabe rawit (bisa dikurang atau ditambah).
- 1 buah akar ketumbar.
- bahan tambahan.
- 1 batang serai iris tipis.
- secukupnya daun ketumbar.
Langkah Memasak Tom yum goong (Tom yum udang)
- Bersihkan udang,belah punggung tanpa kupas,pisahkan kepalanya.
- Tumis kepala udang hingga kemerahan.
- Masukan bumbu halus,hingga harum.
- Masukan 700ml air,biarkan mendidih,angkat sisa kepala udang.
- Setelah mendidih,masukan bahan secara bertahap,udang-tahu-jamur dan sayur.
- Voila Tom yum pun bisa dihidangkan hangat.
