Bahan Membuat Creamy Tom Yum Goong

  1. 350 gram campuran seafood (ikan kakap fillet, udang dan cumi-cumi).
  2. 3 batang serai, memarkan.
  3. 5 iris lengkuas, memarkan.
  4. Cabai rawit secukupnya, memarkan.
  5. 10 lbr daun jeruk.
  6. 1 L air.
  7. 120 mL susu evaporasi.
  8. 150 gram jamur tiram atau merang, bersihkan dan potong- potong.
  9. 3 sdm saus Nam Prik Pao (resep sudah saya share atau bisa beli jadi).
  10. 3 sdm kecap ikan.
  11. Daun ketumbar, petik.
  12. secukupnya Garam.

Langkah Memasak Creamy Tom Yum Goong

  1. – Kupas udang dan jangan dibuang kulitnya. Bersihkan udang. Potong-potong ikan dan cumi. – Panaskan panci tanpa minyak. Masukkan kulit udang dan tumis dengan api kecil selama 5 menit. – Tuang 1 L air dan didihkan. Masak selama 5 menit. Matikan api dan saring. – Didihkan kaldu bersama cabai, lengkuas, serai dan daun jeruk. Masak selama 5 menit. – Tuang susu dan didihkan kembali. – Tambahkan jamur dan bumbuhi dengan kecap ikan, saus Nam Prik Pao..
  2. – Masukkan udang, ikan dan cumi. Tutup dan masak selama kurleb 5 menit hingga matang. – Koreksi rasa dan terakhir tambahkan air jeruk nipis dan daun ketumbar. Untuk 4 porsi.
