- 500 gr udang cuci bersih.

- 1 bh sereh geprek.
- 5 bh daun jeruk sobek2.
- 4 bh bawang merah.
- 3 bh bawang putih.
- 600 ml air kaldu ayam.
- 200 ml air santan.
- 8 bh cabai rawit.
- 2 sdm saus pedas.
- 1 sdm saus tomat.
- 1 bh lime juice (me: jeruk nipis).
- Secukupnya fish sauce.
- Secukupnya gula garam.
Langkah Memasak Tom yam goong (Thai soup)
- Rebus air kaldu, bersama duo bawang, sereh geprek, lengkuas geprek, daun jeruk sampai mendidih.
- Masukkan udang, jamur, saus tomat, saus pedas, masak lagi sampai mendidih.
- Masukkan cabai rawit, tomat, air santan, gula, garam, kecap ikan, perasan jeruk nipis, koreksi rasa.
