- 200 gram Bakso ikan, bakso udang, bakso sapi, dll.

- Buat kaldu udang terlebih dahulu. Pisahkan kepala udang dan kupas kulitnya, sisihkan daging udang. Cuci kepala dan kulit lalu rebus dalam 1 liter air. Rebus kurleb 15 menit..

- Masukkan tumisan bumbu ke dalam kaldu udang. Kemudian masukkan sereh, daun jeruk, lengkuas, air asam, air jeruk nipis. Didihkan.
- Masukkan bakso, udang, jamur merang dll, rebus hingga matang. Tambahkan garam dan penyedap sampai tingkat gurih yang diinginkan. Jika ingin kuah yang asam, air asam dan air jeruk bisa ditambah jumlahnya. Selesai..
