Bahan Membuat Sup Tom Yum Goong
- 250 gram udang.
- 50 gram jamur iris.
- 150 gram tahu potong kotak2.
- 5 helai sawi putih potong2.
- 1 batang sereh memarkan.
- 2 lembar daun jeruk nipis.
- 2 cm lengkuas.
- 1/4 potong bawang bombay iris.
- 5 buah cabe merah iris.
- 5 sdk makan kecap ikan.
- 5 buah tomat cherry.
- 5 batang daun ketumbar.
- 2 sdk teh gula.
- 1/2 sdk teh garam.
- 2 sdk makan air perasan jeruk nipis.
- 2 sdk teh kaldu jamur.
- 1 L air.
Langkah Memasak Sup Tom Yum Goong
- Bersihkan udang, potong2 tahu & iris jamur, potong2 cabe, sawi putih, tomat dan daun ketumbar....sisihkan.
- Panaskan panji berisi air, masukkan sereh, lengkuas, bawang bombay, kaldu jamur dan cabe...didihkan.
- Setelah mendidih, masukkan udang, irisan jamur dan tahu...didihkan kembali.
- Setelah mendidih, tambahkan kecap ikan, air jeruk, gula dan garam...aduk rata kemudian tes rasa...jika sudah pas, kecilkan api kemudian masukkan sawi putih, tomat dan daun ketumbar...sambil diaduk sampai sawi terlihat layu...matikan api....
- Diamkan sebentar, lalu angkat dan sajikan dalam bowl...Sup Tom Yum Goong is ready...👍.
