- 1 trasi abc.
- 4 daun jeruk.
- 6 cabe kering yg sudah di rendam.
- 5 tangkai daun bawang merah.
- 4 sdm minyak untuk memblender.
Langkah Memasak Tom Yam Kung Home Made
- Cuci udang kupas kulit sama kepalanya di buat kaldu udang denga 11/2 liter air rebus sampai aroma udang keluar saring ambil kaldunya sisihkan.
- Blender bumbu paste tomyam dengan minyak goreng 4/5 sendok lalu tumis setengah matang kasih air asam garam dan kaldu jamur / ayam tumos sampai harum tambahkan laos, serai geprek dan daun jeruk aduk aduk sampai matang dan harum.
- Masuk kan kaldu ayam tunggu sampai mendidih 5 menit masuk santan, susu ful cream / kental manis aduk aduk mendidih lagi masukkan jamur, baby jagung, udang cek rasa kurang asam kasih air jeruk nipis.
- Rasa sampai pas dengan lidah kita masing2.
