  5. Bahan Kuah/kaldu A.
  6. Kepala udang (wajib - utk kaldu).
  7. Kuah kaldu ayam (optional) or air putih biasa.
  8. Cabe merah 4-6 biji (or sesuai selera), ulek kasar.
  9. 1-2 ruas Lengkuas.
  10. Batang serai 2-4 batang, potong2 sebesar jari telunjuk, memarkan.
  11. 4-6 lembar daun jeruk.
  12. Bawang merah 4-5 ; geprek.
  13. Bawang Putih 2-3; geprek.

  15. Tomat 1-2 buah; potong besar.

  17. Bumbu Tomyum Paste (sy pake yg botol-an).
  18. Jeruk Peras (2-3 buah) - wajib.

Langkah Memasak Creamy Tom Yum Goong

  1. Siapkan kaldu. Jangan buang kepala udang. Rebus di air secukupnya (or kuah kaldu ayam; optional). Setelah direbus, kepala udang boleh dibuang.
  2. Masukkan bahan Kuah/kaldu A yang lainnya.
  3. Masukkan bahan-bahan (udang, cumi, ikan, bakso, jamur, etc).
