Bahan Membuat Chicken Cordon Bleu (Air Fryer)
- 1 fillet dada.
- garam.
- blackpepper.
- 2 lembar smoked beef.
- keju quickmelt.
- keju parmesan.
- Saus Becamel.
- 2 sdm blueband.
- 1 siung bawang putih haluskan.
- 1 sdm terigu all purpose.
- 100 ml susu uht.
- 80 gr keju quickmelt (parut).
- 2 sdm keju parmesan.
- 1/2 sdt garam.
- 1 sdm gulpas.
- 1/4 sdt merica bubuk.
Langkah Memasak Chicken Cordon Bleu (Air Fryer)
- Potong pd bagian tengah dada ayam, lalu belah tengahnya. kemudian gilas ayam hingga gepeng dgn ukuran 24 cm x 6 cm. beri garam dan blackpepper pd tiap sisi.
- Beri keju quickmelt + parmesan + smokedbeef. gulung. bungkus dgn plastik wrap, simpan dlm kulkas selama kurleb 1jam.
- Panaskan wajan, lelehkan blueband. masukkan bawang putih, tumis hingga harum. lalu tambahkan terigu, aduk cepat hingga mengental.
- Masukkan susu uht + keju + merica + garam + gulpas + parmesan. aduk hingga saus mengental. sisihkan.
- Cara memasak ayam : siapkan 3 piring. piring pertama berisi terigu + garam + merica. piring kedua berisi telor ayam kocok lepas. piring ketiga berisi tepung panir + oregano + margarin leleh..
- Ambil ayam, lalu gulingkan ke masing2 piring sesuai urutan.
- Masukkan dlm air fryer, masak dg suhu 150*C selama kurleb 20 menit.
- Setelah matang, potong2 ayam. lalu plating. bisa ditambahkan sayur2 an / kentang goreng / mashed potato. sesuai selera masing2 ya.
