You'd swear it's fried - but it's baked. Chicken Cordon Bleu is a dish made with chicken breast wrapped around ham and cheese. It is then breaded and cooked by either frying or baking.
Bahan Membuat Chicken Cordon Bleu
- 2 buah dada ayam, bagi masing" 2 bagian lalu iris melebar.
- secukupnya Garam dan lada.
- 1 butir telur.
- 4 lbr smoked beef.
- 4 btg keju soft.
- secukupnya Tepung terigu.
- secukupnya Tepung roti.
- Saus Lada Hitam.
- 1/4 buah bw bombay, cacah halus.
- 2 siung bw putih, cacah halus.
- 150 ml air.
- 2 sdm kecap inggris.
- 2 sdm saos tiram.
- 2 sdm kecap manis.
- 2 sdm saos tomat.
- 1 sdm munjung lada hitam butiran kasar.
- 1-2 sdm air larutan maizena.
- secukupnya Garam dan gula pasir.
Langkah Memasak Chicken Cordon Bleu
- Pukul" dada ayam hingga agak tipis, taburi dgn garam dan lada, ratakan (total ada 4 buah dada ayam ya).
- Beri 1 lmbr smoked beef dan 1 btg keju ditengahnya, lalu gulung, rekatkan dgn bantuan tusuk gigi.
- Lumuri permukaan dada ayam dgn tepung, masukkan ke kocokkan telur, lalu balur dgn tepung roti hingga tertutup rata. Simpan dalam kulkas selama 30 menit agar set.
- Panaskan minyak, goreng ayam deep fried hingga matang (pake api kecil aja ya supaya matang merata dan tdk cepat gosong).
- Sajikan dengan saus lada hitam/ saus favorit dan pelengkap seperti kentang goreng dan sayuran.
- Lelehkan sedikit margarine, tumis duo bawang hingga wangi. Masukkan bahan lain, koreksi rasa. Masak hingga mengental.matikan api.
