- Pipihkan ayam dgn pemukul daging,lalu beri perasan air lemon.Beri garam & merica di kedua sisi ayam.
- Letakkan potongan ham & keju slice di atas ayam,gulung,rekatkan dgn tusuk gigi di ujungnya.
- Siapkan bahan pelapis.Lapisi ayam dgn tepung terigu,kocokan telur & tepung panir.Goreng dgn api KECIL sampai matang.
