Bahan Membuat Chicken Cordon Bleu
- 200 gr ayam dada fillet.
- 20 gr tepung terigu.
- 1 butir telur.
- 30 gr bread crumb.
- 10 gr mozzarella.
- 1 lembar smoked beef.
- 200 ml olive oil.
- 1 sdt mustard, L&P sauce.
- Secukupnya salt & pepper.
Langkah Memasak Chicken Cordon Bleu
- Tipiskan ayam, lebarkan, bumbui dengan lada, garam, mustard dan L&P sauce, marinade.
- Isi tengahnya dengan smoked beef dan mozzarella, lipat yang rapih.
- Lakukan breading, pertama gulingkan ayam ketepung terigu, kemudian ke telur, dan terakhir ke bread crumb.
- Bungkus dengan plastic wrap, simpan di kulkas ± 10 menit.
- Setelah minyak panas, goreng dengan api sedang.
