You'd swear it's fried - but it's baked. Chicken Cordon Bleu is a dish made with chicken breast wrapped around ham and cheese. It is then breaded and cooked by either frying or baking.
Bahan Membuat Chicken Cordon Bleu
- 200 gr dada ayam fillet.
- 2 lembar Smoked beef.
- Secukupnya keju mozarella.
- 200 gr tepung terigu.
- 1 sdm bon cabe.
- 1/2 sdt kaldu ayam bubuk.
- 1/2 sdt lada putih.
- Secukupnya tepung panir.
- 2 butir telur.
- Brown Sauce.
- 1/2 buah bombay.
- 2 siung bawang putih.
- 1 sdm kecap inggris.
- 1 sdm saus tiram.
- 1 sdm saus sambal.
- 1 sdm kecap manis.
- 1 sdm maizena (larutkan dg air).
Langkah Memasak Chicken Cordon Bleu
- Belah tengah dada ayam tp jangan sampai terputus. Tumbuk2 dada ayam sampai agak tipis dan lebar, lalu marinasi ayam selama 10 menit dengan jeruk nipis dan sedikit garam, sambil menunggu goreng smooked beef (opsional tp kalau aku supaya crispy).
- Setelah 10 menit, tumpuk ayam, smooked beef dan keju mozarella, lalu gulung, untuk mengunci gulungan tusuk dengan tusuk gigi.
- Kocok lepas telur, di wadah terpisah campurkan tepung terigu, bon cabe, kaldu ayam bubuk, dan lada putih, baluri ayam dg tepung kering lalu telur kembali lg ke tepung terigu lalu kembali lg ke telur, terakhir balurkan ke tepung panir, tekan2 ayam di tepung panir agar tepung panir menempel, setelah semua ayam sudah terbalurkan tepung panir masukan ke dalam freezer, agar tidak berantakan saat di goreng.
- Sambil menunggu, buat brown sauce terlebih dahulu, tumis bawang bombay dan bawang putih sampai sedikit layu, lalu masukan semua bumbu beri air sedikit, masak hingga harum, lalu kentalkan dengan maizena, sisihkan.
- Goreng ayam hingga coklat keemasan, lalu tuang brown sauce di atasnya, sajikan dengan nasi hangat atau kentang goreng, selamat mencoba 😊.
