You'd swear it's fried - but it's baked. Chicken Cordon Bleu is a dish made with chicken breast wrapped around ham and cheese. It is then breaded and cooked by either frying or baking.
Bahan Membuat Chicken Cordon Bleu
- 2 potong fillet dada ayam (500 gr).
- 2 lembar smoke beef.
- 2 potong keju mozzarella.
- 1/2 sdt garam.
- 1/2 sdt merica.
- 1/2 sdt bawang putih bubuk.
- 80 gr tepung terigu.
- 1 butir putih telur (bisa 1 butir telur utuh).
- 3 sdm susu cair (bisa di skip).
- 80 gr tepung panir.
- Secukupnya minyak goreng.
Langkah Memasak Chicken Cordon Bleu
- Cuci bersih fillet dada ayam, belah menjadi dua bagian lalu pipihkan dgn bantuan ulekan. Lalu taburi garam, merica, dan bawang putih bubuk disetiap sisinya. Diamkan dalam kulkas selama 20 menit.
- Ambil satu bagian dada ayam, lalu taruh smoke beef dan keju mozzarella diatasnya. Gulung dan rapatkan dgn bantuan tusuk gigi.
- Gulingkan ayam ke tepung terigu, celupkan ke campuran putih telur+susu cair. Lakukan langkah ini sebanyak 2x lalu terkahir gulingkan ke tepung panir sambil agak ditekan2 agar tepung menempel. Simpan di kulkas selama 30 menit agar tepung panir menempel sempurna.
- Panaskan minyak secukupnya, goreng ayam hingga matang kecoklatan. Angkat dan sajikan dgn pelengkap lainnya. Note: sebelum digoreng, jangan lupa tusuk giginya dilepas yaa.
