  1. 1 ikat kangkung.
  2. Bumbu halus.
  3. 1 bh bawang putih.
  4. 3 bh bawang merah.
  5. Terasi.
  6. 1 bh tomat kecil.
  7. 1 bh cabe merah.
  8. Sesuai selera cabe rawit.
  9. Bumbu.
  10. 1 sdt Gula merah atau sesuai selera.
  11. Garam.

Langkah Memasak Kangkung belacan (kangkung terasi)

  1. Bersihkan dan petiki kangkung.
  2. Tumis bumbu halus bumbui dg gula merah dan garam (aku pake gula merah spy sprti pake kecap).
  3. Setelah bumbu harum dan matang masukan sedikit air setelah mendidih masukan kangkung.
  4. Masak dg api besar agar cpt matang dan warna kangkung ttp hijau.
